Photo 2 & 3 Writing Assignment
Due Wednesday, October 27th

You are currently working on a mini-collage book about your past, present & future. Today you will chose one or more of those time periods to write about. Your writing must have an introduction, body (4-6 paragraphs) & conclusion.

The total length of the paper should be 1 to 1 ½ pages typed.
 Use 12 pt font-Times New Roman- double spaced


What you choose to write about is up to you.
 Below is a list of some ideas.

 A favorite memory or specific story from your life

 A defining moment in your life

 Who you are now- the teenage years

 Plans for the future- dreams & aspirations

 Looking back- When you are 75 what would you want to look back & see

 Compare two stages of your life- tell how you have changed or what is different

Create a Powerpoint Presentation 
for Project 1

• 30 slides total of unedited photos
• 12 Portraits
• 12 Outdoor/Nature
• 6 Choice

Create a "Title" slide:
include your name, photo 1, 2 or 3, project 1

Photo's should fill the slide (1 photo per slide)

Save powerpoint to your file, not student share 

Explore Photoscape software or search on-line for other software that could be used for this class.

Moving & Saving Files:
got to Student Share File
Select Teacher Classes
Select Bice
Select group folder (practice images) or your name folder(1st project images)
You will COPY & PASTE your images to your folder...(not in student share).

Software for Editing:
Go to www.photoscape.org

Select Download Now. Use CNET for download.

5. Brainstorm & write down 5 subjects you would be interested in taking pictures of. (possible project ideas).
6. When finished go to www.flickr.com & search for still life ideas. Write down 2 ideas for each category. (1) Food/Drink (2) Magazine: specific (3) Advertising: specific product promotion. Write down ideas that are possible for you.
